About ARCI:
 

 

 ARCI is the first development company in recent Georgian history. It was established in 1989 as architectural company and started real estate construction in 1992. Arci will be 20 years on 18th February 2009.
Arci is orientated not on construction of separate buildings, but the developing of residential districts. In several areas of Tbilisi Arci developed 3 districts with the total area more than 190.000 sqm. There are 500 families living in the districts developed by Arci. The mission of Arci is: increasing the value of the country by creating worthy environment. Arci is developing new districts in five areas in Tbilisi and also in Batumi as well.
Arci’s projects are prepared by Arci Studio, which was established 20 years ago. Arci Studio is successfully working on projecting residential buildings and country cottages. Many projects in Tbilisi and other regions of Georgia developed by Arci Studio are the evidence of it. www.studiaarci.ge
In 2008 company Arci together with Lithuanian Company established construction management company Arci Contestus which is accomplishing construction works for Arci’s projects as well as for other company’s projects.
Arci is known with its successful professional activities as well as with cultural and social activities.
The project Georgian House was established with initiative of Arci in 2002, the reason of which is finding and developing Georgian traditional architecture in order to use and adapt them to the modern Georgian architecture. www.georgianhouse.ge


Learn from the Past Prepare for the Future

Arci Gallery has been operating in Arci’s office from 2006, the mission of which is to support the development of interesting ideas and give a chance to artist to show their paintings to public. The following events are organized in the gallery every week: exhibitions, conferences, meetings of people of different fields, presentations, workshops, different contests and etc.
