ARCI district in Avlabari
ARCI’s new multifunctional residential complex is located at #1, Shavi Zgva Street, Avlabari. The residential complex consists of 6 blocks: A, B, C, D, E and F. Apartment areas are: 36 sqm - 144 sqm.
The following will be arranged in the complex: closed and developed inner courtyard, parking area, commercial and retail areas. The house will be equipped with 24 hour security system and public utilities. At this stage the construction of A block’s facade has been completed and internal works are in progress. In parallel the land works of B and C blocks have been started. A, E and F blocks are located on Shavi Zgva Street and the rest blocks are located on Isani Street.
Construction works are performed by Turkish construction company AKSMSHENI.
