Retail Center "Karvasla":
 

Dutch Company “Karvasla B.V.” and  My Home Corporation in #7 Tsotne Dadiani Street, 140 meters from the Railway Station, Tbilisi, are constructing an up-to-date shopping mall “Karvasla”. The architectural project has been developed by company “Arci”. 

The shopping mall “Karvasla” consists of eight floors, six of them will be used for the commercial purposes, and remaining two floors will serve as the warehouse facility and underground parking for 300 cars. Four hundred shopping units will be located in “Karvasla”: shops, hypermarket, beauty saloons, child rooms, cafes, restaurants.

The individual heating and conditioning systems, electric wiring stands and individual meters will be installed in each unit. 
The brand new escalators will connect the floors to each other.

The space to be sold in the shopping mall equals 18 286 square meters.
The total construction area equals 44 200 square meters.
