ARCI’s new housing district “ORTACHALIS TURFA”:
 

ARCI’s new housing district “ORTACHALIS TURFA” is located at the beginning of 5 Dekembreri Street, Ortachala, on the left side of river Mtkvari. The project concept is the development of a new residential complex in one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi, Ortachala. This complex will have an absolute district infrastructure. The development consists of several residential houses, retail facilities, park, recreational area, boulevard, sport complex and leisure facilities. Terrace-type residential houses will be built along the riverside Mtkvari, inner yards will be arranged between the houses. With this project ARCI intends to restore the bridge between the Mtkvari and the city that has been lost for years.
40 X 300 m long boulevard will be developed between the residential houses and the Mtkvari.
12 residential houses will be built in total.
Total construction area: 3,5 ha
Apartment areas are: 39 sqm - 262 sqm.
